HR Manager - UK Immediate - Fareham Office Based
You will be responsible for providing and managing HR services for a company with aggressive growth ambition. Our mission is to take the business public in 5 years and we need to attract, recruit, retain and manage the best HR talent we can find. We need an HR professional with the appetite for a big challenge and the capacity, drive and ambition to make a significant difference. Marketing Manager - UK Immediate - Fareham Office Based
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Marketing functions of the business. You will be working with the Managing Director to define marketing strategy, plan these and to execute on the mix of marketing activities that are defined.
Key requirements are:
- Minimum of 3-5 Years experience in a Marketing Management role with a respected supplier of IT, Engineering or Industrial Electronics products
- Proven ability in the creation process of a wide marketing mix portfolio including Web, Brochures, Case Studies, Data Sheets and associated Marcom material to support the sales organisation
- Proven ability in the creation of PR material with a good understanding of PR management, the media industry and well established network of relationship with editors
- Proven ability in applying practical Market Research methodologies to target markets based on business opportunities and best fit for Captec's solution offerings
- Proven ability to organise and manage events, particularly seminars with, on occasions, involvement with industry leading speakers
- Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing plans, delivered to timetable and budget
- Formal Business or Marketing qualification. Competent communicator and negotiator at all levels with a good understanding of Engineering technologies
- Self motivated and able to learn new skills quickly with a professional appearance and behaviour. Positive and enthusiastic teamwork orientated
- Proven ability to apply best business/marketing practice techniques, with sound judgement and well balanced priority based on best value add to the business
- Organised, tidy with good time management. Able to handle pressure to meet deadlines yet flexible, adaptable and accepting change

Product Manager - UK Immediate - Fareham Office Based
In this role you will be responsible for driving Product roadmaps from origination through to market. You will need to be able to identify market opportunities for Captec's strategic product development roadmaps, facilitate product development through collaboration with the Engineering team and devise and execute route to market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales/channel teams. The goal is to grow sales of Captec's portfolio of industrial computing products throughout Europe and expanding into the North America.
Key requirements are:
- 4+ years experience in a Product Management role with a respected supplier of IT, Engineering or Industrial Electronic products
- Experience with devising and managing Product Road Maps with experience in developing partnership based route to market channels
- Experience of using practical Market Research methodologies
- Competent communicator and negotiator at all levels with a good understanding of Engineering technologies
- The ability to develop and present strategic plans, delivered to timetable
- Formal Business or Industrial marketing qualification with a good technical grounding in computing
- Self motivated and able to learn new skills quickly with a professional appearance and behaviour
- An appreciation of best business practice techniques
- Organised, tidy with good time management. Able to handle pressure to meet deadlines yet flexible, adaptable and accepting change
